Bulok ang facilities ng UP. Laging kulang ang pondo. Walang sistema ang burokrasya. Gunggong ang maraming opisyal. Laging may away. Bano sa UAAP basketball.

But UP always outranks other Philippine schools in different national and international reviews.

Yes, we are running on sheer brainpower. =)
